As a Fairtrade Church we attempt to make sure that all of the products we use are fairly traded. This is particularly important for products imported from third world countries, where there has been an opportunity for unfair trading. Wherever there is an option we will use fairly traded products. Fairtrade is a simple way to make a difference to the lives of the people who grow the things we love. The Fairtrade Organisation does this by changing the way trade works through better prices, decent working conditions and a fair deal for farmers and workers in developing countries. 
 

Fairtrade is unique. The organisation works with businesses, consumers and campaigners. Farmers and workers have an equal say in all deals. Empowerment is at the core of the Fairtrade policy
